Images Jewelers ships through Federal Express, signature required. All items are shipped using Federal Express 2nd day service and are fully insured. Should there be a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by eMail or by phone as soon as possible.

If your home or office is not an appropriate place for delivery, we can arrange for your jewelry to be held at the FedEx depot for pickup, or we can make other shipping arrangements as needed to make sure that your receive your jewelry quickly and safely.

All custom jewelry orders are shipped Free! In an effort to make your custom jewelry shopping expience as enjoyable as possible, Images Jewelers is now paying for all shipping via Federal Express 2nd day delivery. As always, if your situation requires special consideration we will be glad to work with you to find the solution that is perfect for you.

Shipping your jewelry and loose stones to us

We recommend that you ship your jewelry to us via the US Postal Service. The USPS has program in place now to allow you to ship your jewelry via registered mail fully insured. And they even have the material on hand to help you package your jewelry properly! It is the easiest, and safest, way for a consumer to ship their jewelry and feel safe about it reaching it's final destination.
