Trade Up Policy

Images Jewelers is proud to accept previously purchased diamonds and gemstones for trade up. The details :

• Your Images Jewelers diamonds and gemstones may be traded up at any time for 100% of it's original purchase value toward the purchase of any diamonds or gemstones of 200% or greater value.
• Diamonds or gemstones must be in original, undamaged condition.
• Diamonds and gemstones must be returned with all lab report documentation in good condition.
  Diamonds and gemstones returned without lab reports will have $250 deducted from the value of the trade in to cover the cost of having new lab reports created.
• If the mounting is also returned it will be valued accordingly if it is in new or reusuable condition. If it is worn or damaged it may be purchased at metal value for scrap.
